Shatki/Psi Psokoino [Tallinn/Estonia]

Maksim Mochalov grew up in a capital of Estonia, small but cozy Tallinn. He couldn’t even expect himself becoming interested in psyculture one day.. At 16 he became acquainted with goatrance and psytechno and then slowly moved deeper into psytrance, psyprog, ambient and dub. Approximately at the same time Maksim got into Djing and music-making process. He has found his nickname as a Dj which is Shatki and together with his friend Ilya Vetrov has formed a project of Portal Protection and Psi Psokoino. Later in 2004 Shatki, Agni, Jugar and Scroll organized a promo-team Psytrance.ee which has changed its name in time and is now known as Chillum Tribe.
